What insurances do you accept?

We are in network Eyemed- select plans, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, MetLife- select plans, United Healthcare Vision (NOT DUAL COMPLETE), United Healthcare Medicare, 

Health First Medicare by Davis Vision, 

VSP- open network. 

YOUR VISIT IS PERSONALIZED, NOT RUSHED AND VERY THOROUGH.

 At Freedom Optical, our location is equipped with NEW, state-of-the-art digital equipment. 

This allows all onsite pre-testing to be done in the office

 while all the results are being added to your chart for the remote 

Ophthalmic Assistant and Optometrist to review. 

Stacie, your Licensed Optician, is assisting during the entire visit to ensure you receive your best personalized eye exam. The technician and doctor interact via a zoom video call. All results are discussed in the office, same day directly with you with the 

opportunity to ask questions before the end of your visit. 

A paper copy of your prescription will be released to you upon completion of your eye exam. 

Vision and eye health changes should be monitored annually. 

YES! We will gladly accept any valid prescription.

 A paper copy must be presented at the time of placing your order. 

Yes! We see children starting at 8 and up for eye exams. We also have a great selection children’s/ junior fit frames and lenses to accommodate doctor recommendations.

 We will gladly fill a current eyeglass prescription from any Optometrist. 

A paper copy is needed at time of ordering glasses.  

All current style frames have a one-year limited manufacturer warranty.

$25 copay due at the time of warranty use. 

*Close out frame styles have no warranty, disclosed at time of styling. 

Premium lenses have a one-year limited warranty.

$25 copay due at the time of warranty use. 

Warranties are at the discretion and approval of the Optician.
